The Slade Point Progress Association is a community-driven group dedicated to strengthening connections within Slade Point and the greater Mackay area.
We bring people together through events and markets, support local businesses, and advocate for our suburb by working with council and community stakeholders.
Mission:
To strengthen our community and enhance the
quality of life for residents by improving services, facilities and
accessibility,
promoting inclusive initiatives and encouraging engagement while
preserving the
unique character and history of Slade Point.
